Give Write

In 2024 we partnered with Give Write, a WA charity that provides recycled student stationery packs and resources free of charge to school staff.

Partnering with Give Write allows all school staff at our 7 partner schools to conveniently access resources without the travel time and cost associated with visiting the Give Write office in Subiaco. Staff can access free resources without dipping into their own pockets.

CARAD – Centre for Asylum Seekers, Refugees and Detainees

In 2025 we are piloting a Literacy Support program with CARAD at Waddington Primary School. CARAD volunteers will mentor with 12 Buckets to create natural, engaging reading opportunities during 12 Buckets In-School Mentoring sessions.

The goal is to foster a supportive environment where children can grow in confidence and develop a love of reading.

OzHarvest

OzHarvest is Australia’s leading food rescue organisation and they provide us with fresh fruit and vegetables every week. We share this across our mentoring programs and the wider school community. We’re proud to be part of their Nourishing Our Schools Program, which helps tackle food insecurity.

Sam's Spares

Sam’s Spares creates training and employment opportunities for neurodivergent people by refurbishing and reusing donated IT equipment. We’re proud to partner with Sam’s Spares, who help supply our young people with free laptops for study when they’re unable to afford one.

Short Back & Sidewalks

Short Back & Sidewalks provides free haircuts for people experiencing homelessness or hardship, helping build connection and a more inclusive community. Through their Neighbourhood Cuts program, they provide free haircut vouchers for our young people and their families- a fresh cut with dignity.
