Opportunities for Success Fund
Formed in 2024, the Opportunities for Success Fund helps young people access the resources they need to fully participate in school activities. By removing financial barriers, the fund fosters belonging, strengthens community connections, and supports family engagement.
Rising living costs have pushed many families below the poverty line, forcing tough choices about basic needs. Partner schools report increased student absenteeism due to the inability to afford essentials like food, uniforms, or excursion costs.
Thanks to generous donors, the Opportunities for Success Fund addresses these challenges, ensuring students can engage and thrive at school.
To date we have supported such costs as the purchase of Yr 6 Leaver’s shirts, Leavers camps and new school uniforms.
Where do the funds come from?
The funds are donated by generous individuals in the WA community. We provide updates to these donors, so if your request is successful, we will require photos and testimonials to share.
